OneRepublic - Stop and Stare

Os caras da banda OneRepublic (Ryan Tedder, Zachary Filkins, Andrew Brown, Eddie Fisher e Tim Myers), formada na cidade de Colorado Springs, Colorado (EUA), se tornaram reconhecidos pela mídia e pelo mundo pelo seu primeiro single e já hit, Apologize, remixado por ninguém menos que Timbaland (que conheceram ao trocarem de gravadora), no álbum Timbaland Presents Shock Value (2007).

Alguém duvidou que iria bombar?! Caso a resposta seja afirmativa, observe: milhares de downloads digitais, 2ª posição na parada norte-americana Billboard Hot 100, 4ª posição na parada oficial do Reino Unido, UK Singles Chart, são somente alguns dos números alcançados pelo hit.


O primeiro álbum Dreaming out Loud (2007), com um nome audacioso (Sonhando muito Alto), foi produzido por Greg Wells, com algumas canções produzidas pelo vocalista Ryan Tedder.

O single lançado após Apologize, é Stop and Stare.

O clipe é totalmente sobrenatural, pra não dizer, incompreensível!!

Confesso que me esforcei para entender a história, mas não consegui... Padre, cova, espíritos, quartos de hotel etc.
